AIA-MN Office Refresh | Week 2

This week, RJM Construction finished framing and taping the relocated partition walls. They also began installing a new ceiling grid on the lower level and the mezzanine.

The temporary offices are up and running in Suite 436. With folding tables for desks and 8.5x11 wall decorations, they're not fancy but will get the job done until the renovated offices are ready in March.

A temporary conference room is available in Suite 512. Have you noticed that the temporary spaces are much bigger than the permanent offices? What are your thoughts on the value of having a first-floor headquarters for AIA-MN? Anybody want to choose square-footage over location?
